Dato’ Dr. Kantha Rasalingam

Founder/Managing Director

Dato’ Dr. Kantha obtained his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India in the year 1997. He joined the Malaysian Ministry of Health soon after and completed his Neurosurgery Post Graduate Exams in the year 2006. Dato’ Dr. Kantha is currently the Head of Neurosurgery and a practicing Consultant at Prince Court Medical Center, Kuala Lumpur. He has a keen interest in spinal surgery and has had numerous attachments and fellowships in Malaysia, Japan and South Korea.

Dato’ Dr. Kantha currently serves as the President of the Neurosurgical Association of Malaysia, Neurospice Association of Malaysia and ASEAN Neurological Society. When he’s not seeing patients and running a healthcare business, he teaches at University of Science, Malaysia as an honorary lecturer. He also conducts yearly spinal courses for training postgraduates in neurosurgery.

Datuk Dr. Heric Corray

Medical Director

Datuk Dr. Heric Corray graduated from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore and worked in the Malaysian Ministry of Health from July 1991 until retirement in July 2021. He served the state of Sabah in various positions for 27 years. His last held position in Sabah was as the Director of Queen Elizabeth Hospital, a position he held for 7 years.
In 2018, he was promoted to become the Director of Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), the largest hospital in Asia with approximately 11,000 staff and 2,250 beds. Datuk Dr. Heric also served as Chairman of the Malaysian Medical Association in Sabah for four terms, from 2007 to 2018.

Dr. Thiruchelvan Balakrishnan

Chief People Officer

Dr. Thiru obtained his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India. He is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company and managing its’ financial risk.
Dr. Thiru has successfully managed the operations of more than 30 clinics nationwide. Besides experience in healthcare, he also has more than 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Dr. Ashwin Balasingam

Chief Corporate Officer

Dr. Ashwin obtained his MBBS from Manipal University, Malacca and has been in the medical industry for over 12 years. With a passion for micro and macroeconomics in the healthcare industry, he has had experience with working with individual healthcare owners and large healthcare corporate players.
With more than 7 years of experience in strategic management, his expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare ecosystem by developing, implementing and supporting strategic initiatives in healthcare companies.

Mr Raymond Ng

Chief Financial Officer

A highly experienced finance professional, with over 30 years of experience across various industries such as Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Audit. He holds qualifications from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He began his career at Ernst and Young and continues with leadership roles at various publicly listed entities, where he contributed to financial systems and processes, organizational management, internal controls, risk management, corporate governance/exercises, and people development. Raymond values human capital as a crucial dimension for sustainable business growth, believing in a meritocratic and professional work environment.

Datin Chrishini Richards

Finance Director

Datin Chrishini is a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience implementing IFRS and MFRS standards and reviewing complex and technical financial statements for multinational companies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and London, England.
Her role is integrated into the day-to-day business, as she sets up financial processes and reporting requirements at the growth stage, manages the cash flow and growing business needs, and brings them to the current stage of stability, with well-placed financial KPI and organizational structure.

Dr. Zool Raimy Abdul Ghaffar

Chief Business Development Officer

Dr. Zool obtained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Obstetrics from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is an outgoing, dynamic and highly-motivated hybrid of a doctor and entrepreneur with a great desire for success.
Having over 11 years of medical practice in Ireland, he plays a prominent role in Mercy Malaysia as the current Treasurer of Mercy Malaysia’s Melaka Chapter. Dr. Zool is also a certified owner (COR) for QFFD Clinic in Ampang and QFFD Clinic in Kajang.

Dr. Jeevarajah Ratnarajah

Group General Manager

Dr. Jeevarajah is a dentist by training and an entrepreneur by profession. He started a government-recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) called ‘Smile Malaysia’ as a student and was subsequently appointed as a Youth Advisor under National Blue Ocean Strategy.
Dr. Jeeva’s previous tenure as the Group General Manager at Selgate Healthcare allowed him the opportunity to carry out various state initiatives such as SELVAX Booster, Selangor Saring, SELVAX Influenza-Pneumococcal among others. He currently leads the clinical division at Mudah Healthcare as the General Manager.

Dr. Navenia Nishel

Digital Healthcare Manager

Dr. Navenia is a doctor by training and is passionate about digital health. She completed her service at the University Malaya Medical Centre and was involved in the Task Force chosen for Phase 2 Immunisation Program.
She then ventured into the digital healthcare startup industry where she led a team of patient care specialists as the Clinical Manager. She was a key player in developing Malaysia’s first ‘Hospital Care At Home’ program which successfully launched in 7 cities across the country.

Dr. Bala Saravanan

DC 360 CEO

Dr. Bala Saravanan is a ‘dentalpreneur’ who founded a chain of clinics, a lab, an education center, and Malaysia’s first co-working space exclusively for dental professionals. In 2013, he founded The Dental Lab to fill a unique demand calling for more dental labs in Malaysia.
Dr. Bala also founded The Dental Academy and has successfully expanded it to The Dental City, a one-stop-center for dentists with an interest in expanding their skills in the art of dentistry.

Nicholas Wee

DBC Physiotherapy CEO

Nicholas Wee is the current CEO of DBC Physiotherapy Malaysia, an established player in outpatient physiotherapy services. Nicholas personally oversaw the nationwide expansion from 8 to 15 centers in the span of one year. He is also the Founder and CEO of Activ Life, a medical distribution company that carries internationally recognized rehabilitation and diagnostic devices.
Expanding beyond brick-and-mortar businesses, Nicholas is also the Co-Founder of Pocket Physio, the first Southeast Asian digital healthcare solution to reduce organizational healthcare expenditure by providing physiotherapy services to the workforce.

DATO’ SRI DR. S.K. DEVAMANY

Dato’ Sri Dr. S.K. Devamany, with a PhD in Development Management, has served as Deputy Minister in Malaysia's government and as a Member of Parliament for Cameron Highlands. His career spans roles in national unity, education, and community development. He has been influential in policy-making, particularly in aboriginal resettlement programs. Devamany holds advisory positions in several educational and technological organizations, contributing to Malaysia’s socioeconomic growth and advocating for community welfare and educational advancements.
